Yoga or Exercise? Which is the best?

Yoga and exercise are both good for your body. So while you are starting your workout journey you should consider which one is best for you. In reality, the best thing to do is to blend both of them together. Because in this busy world both will have much positive impact on you. In short, if you are looking to shed off some extra pounds or to build some muscle mass, then I'll recommend working out more than yoga. But if you feel you are also stressed out and being able to relax a little bit could improve your mood a lot. Then you should prefer Yoga over working out. In any case, the best thing, as mentioned earlier is to include both in your workout.

If you are new to the whole working out thing and are confused about where to start, perhaps you should try starting with some simple exercises even beginners could do easily.
