What I Do For Exercise

I lift dumb bells for exercise. It keeps me from gaining to much weight. I lift 20 pound dumb bells. Right now I do 3 sets of 10 reps. I do bench press, squat, military  press and dead lift all with dumb bells.  I hope to do 4 sets of 10 reps some day with 20 pound dumb bells.
