What Does Traffic Management Entail?

Buffer space is an area of space that isn’t occupied by any construction or road work and operates successfully as a transition area. Buffer space generally exists to ensure that the area will be safe for workers and any moving vehicles. Worker safety is the most crucial aspect of traffic construction, as the upheaving of roads and traffic will certainly increase the risk of hazard. It is important to give this buffer space to the workers since works on the road can be liable for the safety of any kind of accident.

Our STMS Level 1 Course is suitable for anyone who has at least one-month experience as a TC and wishes to carry out TTM duties on state highways or local roads. As an STMS Level 1, you will be responsible for the safe installation and operation of TTM at worksites.
