  • Then, the users have to select 'Use the same security mode' checkbox to ensure the security settings that are currently being used by your Wi-Fi network with the extender's network.
  • After this, connect all wireless device and the computers to the Wi-Fi range extender's new Wi-Fi network.
  • Now, click on the box that states to the option "My wireless devices are connected to the Extender Network".
  • Then, click on the continue option.
  • Now, carefully disconnect the Wi-Fi range extender from the wall outlet and relocate the extender to a new location where the signal does not come at all.
  • Then, finally connect the Netgear Wi-Fi extender to an electrical outlet and wait till the status of the LED light turns green.
