My $ 10k cash app direct deposit failed. But where is my money now?

My unemployment direct deposit failed for over $ 10k. I was informed that it is BC it is more than 10k. No problem. But where is my money now? I think that my deposit failed and do not returned to the originator and so far the support with the cash app is very practically irresponsible. I have read a lot about this happening to people and they never got their money. This is a huge amount and I can't let it go.

UPDATE: I just received a notice from unemployment that the funds have been returned. Cash App Support finally replied today that they had sent the money back. I am thankful as hell. It was scary. Lesson learned. Just go with a traditional bank.
