This market could not be easier to understand. All you have to do is guess which of the two combatants you believe will win the battle. You may also bet on the match ending in a tie, but this is rare and will always have high odds.

In general, since there are only two possibilities – three if you include the rare draw – the odds for this market are very low. However, recognizing an upset may still result in a large payoff.

Method of Victory

You are guessing how your selected fighter will win the battle. Most bookies give you three choices. The first is a KO/TKO/DW victory. The second option is to win by submission, while the third is to win by technical decision.

Various fighters have different specialties when it comes to finishing moves. Checking this before wagering is a necessity.

Double Chance

When betting on the technique of victory, Double Chance improves your chances of winning, but you must weigh this against the reduced odds you get.

For example, you might wager on a fighter winning by submission or decision, or by KO/TKO or submission. If you're not sure which technique to use, this is an excellent market to look into.

Best bouts – previewed

Connor McGregor vs. Dustin Poirier

It doesn't get much larger than this. After months and months of speculation, we are finally dangerously close to seeing these two old adversaries face off for the last time.

All of the experts are having difficulty picking a winner. Both guys had previously won one fight apiece, but Poirier came out on top the past time. If we had to choose a winner, we'd probably go with him...

Irene Aldana vs. Yana Kunitskaya

This will be a pivotal match in the Women's Welterweight category. Irene Aldana and Yana Kunitskaya are both vying for Amanda Nunes' championship, and whomever wins will be in pole position.

Both ladies are capable of an explosive finish, making this a clear candidate for one of the fights of the night.

Carlos Condit vs. Max Griffin

Carlos Condit has not fought in a UFC pay-per-view event since December 2019. He'll be returning for this tournament, however, after ending his losing skid with recent victories against Court McGree and Matt Brown.

It would be wonderful to watch the former Interim Welterweight Champion return to the biggest platform, but his opponent, Max Griffin, will be looking for an unpleasant comeback.
