Consumer loyalty is important to every business for various reasons.
Most of us, whether we realize it or not, are loyal consumers to at least one brand in some way. It comes in different forms. The barber you visit in your neighborhood every weekend. The ice cream man you stop by to buy ice cream from when you go visit your mom.
In one way or the other, we’re all loyal to different brands.
I’d personally switched from a bank I received terrible service from. I would have loved to share in detail the kind of experience I received from them. However, I’ll leave that for another post.
It is critical that you care deeply about your customers… the very customers who keep the brand afloat.
Customer should be seen as real individuals by your business, with desires, wishes, and challenges that need to be solved. If you take care of your customers, you will have a dedicated following of people who will buy from you again and again.
