How to Fix the Printer Error on a Mac
You can see that sometimes an offline person shows up on a Mac when looking for a print. Ensure connectivity between the printer and computer
This is the first thing to do if the printer offline error shows up in almost every operating system. Follow the steps below to be sure. Before performing these steps, make sure the printer is connected by judging if it is in the list of devices in the body.

For USB connectivity with the printer
Turn off the printer by pressing its power button, and then wait 5 minutes.
Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the device.
Turn on the printer. It may start printing files in the queue, so wait for it to finish and shut down before transferring.
Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the cable to the printer. Make sure that the cable is firmly seated in the USB interface of the printer. If he does start publishing, let him finish it before proceeding to the next step.

For wireless communication with the printer
Turn off the printer, turn it on, and wait patiently for it to go silent.

Remove other hardware from your Mac
If there are multiple titles for the same printer saved on the computer, delete the unwanted entries and keep the one displayed as Idle. Note that the idle stand-by printer from the platen is highlighted in green. After making sure, follow the steps below.

Open the list of printers under Printers & Scanners.
Then delete more entries for the exact same printer by selecting one and clicking the minus button displayed in the lower left corner.
Then configure the lazy printer as default.
Then try printing again.
If the printer offline error persists, continue to the next troubleshooting step.
Clear the current print queue and add the printer again
Removing a print queue from this list and adding it again creates a new print session on your Mac. To do this, follow the steps below:

Make sure your Mac has a network connection.
In the list of printers, click the device, and then click the minus button to remove it.

To add it to the list again, click and
Then select your printer from the new list that appears and click Insert
Click Use or Print Usage.
Then select an available printer or AirPrint.
When it appears idle in the list of printers, try printing again.
When the offline status persists, continue to the next step to fix it.

Reset or reconfigure the printing system
Right-click on a blank area in the list of printers and also select Reset Printing Platform. Confirm exactly the same when prompted.
Sort the username and password of the administrator account and select OK.
Wait for the process to complete and the record provided is empty.
Reinsert the printer as mentioned earlier.
Retry printing.
