Uber is an on-demand transportation service that has been hugely successful over the years. Its success can be attributed to a number of factors, but in recent years, the business has seen a huge jump in user base and customers. The growth of its userbase and revenue have been increasing significantly since the covid-19 lockdown protocols were in place.Â
The app has user interfaces to support the user and the driver. When a customer books an Uber service, the drivers in the vicinity gets a notification on their app. The drivers can choose to accept or decline the contract. Once accepted, they are prompted with the customer's location. The driver picks and drops them as given in the booking and completes the payment process.
