In Mamby, after clicking the “Create“ button, we currently offer you 4 types of publications:
This type of publication allows you to create publications with more freedom and possibilities. As with all publications, you will have to give it a title and you will have the possibility to add a cover photo, which will be the one visible in the publications feed.
And now let your imagination run wild and take advantage of all the features of this type of publication, which we detail below:By default, the plain text option is selected, so you can start writing your post directly. But if you press the + other options will appear:
Text: this is the default option for creating text with basic formatting. After typing, you can select the part you want to adapt the formatting to bold, italic, add a hyperlink or create a mention to another Mamby user.
Heading: use this to format the article section headings. Once the header is created, in the options on the right you can choose three header sizes (H1, H2, and H3).
Lists: by default a numbered list will appear, but if you click on it, in the options symbol on the right you can choose bulleted list, lower or raise the order between sections and delete that section.
Link: you will be able to add links to other websites with a default format that will show a box with the title, description and website of the link. In addition to links to other websites, you will be able to add to the article the playback of videos, playlists, podcasts, photos and other content from other platforms such as Youtube, Spotify, Twitch, Vimeo, Codepen, Facebook, Spotify-podcast, ivoox, Instagram, Instagram-reel, Pinterest and Twitter. To do this, without hitting the insert link, simply paste the link you copied into one of these platforms with content you want to add and the formatting will adapt to the platform.
Separator: To order your post and make it easier to read you can use the separator between different sections of your post.
Quote: if you want to put a quote or a highlighted phrase, use this format and it will stand out from the rest of the content.
Code: this option allows you to include code in various programming languages, to facilitate the reading and formatting of the article, the code will be limited to the space in the text box but, within this, all the code you enter will be available.
Image: Select an image from your computer and it will be adapted to the window. You can add a border or gray background. Below the image you can put the description of the image or the reference to the author, if it is not your own content. In case you don't write anything, this section will not appear in the publication.
Once you have elaborated your publication, click “continue“ in the next screen we will show you a preview and you will be able to add the tags you want to appear in your publication, this will help to find it and to know the subject of which it is about. If it is sensitive content, remember to indicate it by activating the adult content switch and if it is not your own content, you must also indicate it. You can go back to review or edit the post, the tags you have created will still be there when you click “continue“ again.
We recommend this post type if the main element is an image or an image gallery. In the publication creation screen you will have to indicate the title for the publication and add at least one image. You can add it from your files, taking a picture from the camera or from a link to the image.
If you fill in the “description“ field and the text will appear below the image. Remember to mention the author of the photo if you do not own it, as it may be protected by copyright. If you want to create a gallery of images, click “Add image“ and repeat the process, being able to add a description for each image you add.
In the next field you can add the tags you want to appear in your post, this will help to find it and to know the subject it is about.
If it is adult content or is content that is not your own, remember to indicate this by turning on the switch intended for it.
This post type will allow you to upload videos from other video playback platforms, just paste the link to the video in the field for it. If the platform and format are supported by Mamby, the video will appear with the original title, which you can edit. Remember to mention the author of the video if you don't own it.
To finish, you can add tags to help identify and find your post on Mamby and you're all set to publish.
If it's adult content or it's content you don't own, remember to indicate this by turning on the switch intended for these purposes.
You will be able to create a post that directs to an external link. To do this, copy the link and paste it into the field provided. If the link is supported by Mamby, the link will appear with the original title, which you can edit before publishing.
To finish, you can add tags to help identify and find your post on Mamby and you're all set to publish.
If it's sensitive content, remember to indicate this by turning on the adult content switch and if it's non-self content, remember to indicate this by turning on the switch intended for it.
At Mamby we want to create a positive community that brings knowledge, creativity, originality, information, etc. Our advice is always to upload elaborated content, of specific topics that are known and that bring added value to the Mamby community. Despite being a Social Network, we do not want to focus so much on people but on the content, but you are the users, as long as it is not illegal content, that infringes copyright, incites hatred, racism, violence or drug use will be allowed content. However, posts with content considered adult content will be marked with this category and will only be shown to users who have this option enabled or who agree to view the content of the post when they click on an external link.
In case of posting content that is protected by copyright, this will be an infringement by the user. We are not obliged to prosecute, but in case we receive a report from the rightful creator we will be obliged to remove the content and cancel the monetization generated by it. In case of publishing content that is not your own, you must always mention the author of the publication. We want to become an information hub, so you can create your own content on Mamby, as well as share content generated on other websites or platforms, always respecting intellectual property, image rights and other applicable regulations.
It is possible to tag other mambers in a simple way: type an @ with which a search box of Mamby profiles will appear. Start typing the username you want to tag until you find it in the list. Then choose it and you're done. If typing the @ does not bring up the search box, there is another method, but as we know it may not be very intuitive, we explain it here: Type any letter or word and select it with the mouse (or by holding down on the mobile). You will get several options B: bold i: italic and a user icon 👤, select it or press Ctrl+k, and you'll see the same user search box.
It is very easy to add emojis both in posts and comments (in titles for now they are not enabled). In the case of the mobile, it will be enough to use the emojis of the keyboard that you have configured. In the computer, when you are writing the comment or the article publication, press the left button of the mouse and select the option “emojis and symbols“, it will show you the available options. We had already told you it was simple, but not everyone knows this option ;)
There are times when our moderator is a bit puritanical... so if you think a post is for all audiences but it has been considered for adults, write us through the form or the post report pointing out the “other“ option and indicating the reason and we will review it.
Mamby is a tool that we have created and made available to creators of all kinds so that they can monetize their content from the beginning, without having to be “influencer“, having to make collaborations with brands or sell the creations. For this reason it is necessary to have a subscription to the Mamby Creator Plan to be able to monetize. Once the account is created, clicking on the profile avatar select the option “Upgrade your plan“ in the dropdown, select the Creator Plan complete the payment details and from that moment you will start monetizing all your publications.
At Mamby we want to achieve a positive community that provides quality content for readers and for content creators to profit from it. To be able to generate income on Mamby you must have a subscription to the Creator Plan and active monetization in the profile, with each of your Mamby publications you will be able to generate income. How is it calculated? For each subscribed user that visits your publications, they will generate an income based on the time the user spends on the publication. This system favors publications with elaborate and quality content. Mamby reserves the right to adjust the factors by which the monetization of posts is determined at any time.
To withdraw funds you must have at least 5€ accumulated in your Mamby account. Once you have this amount, you can order the withdrawal at any time. To do this go to the Creator Panel -> Monetization -> Withdraw funds. There you will see the total amount you have in your Mamby account. Choose the amount to withdraw in Euros and you will see an equivalence of bitcoins. Click continue, enter your Bitcoin address and click “withdraw funds“. If everything is correct, you will get a confirmation message and that amount of Bitcoin will be transferred to your account in the next Mamby payment window: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00 CET. Although it is in our future plans, it is currently not possible to order a withdrawal in Euro, but it is very easy to make the exchange from Bitcoin to Euro.

If in the end they decide to create a subscription on Mamby, they will collaborate with your monetization.
It is our way of adapting the content we show you and other users. It is an anonymous rating and will not affect the monetization of the publications but it will affect their positioning. With this we want to combat low quality content, fake news and clickbait and on the contrary, reward good quality content, which is what we want to dominate our platform.
The multiprofile offers you the possibility of having several profiles in a single account, so the platform will adapt to the use you give to each one: different themes, users with whom you interact, type of content, etc. Let's see it with an example: Francisco Martinez is a freelance graphic designer, called Paco by his friends, who loves sports, traveling and gardening. When a fellow designer told him about Mamby, he created his professional profile “Fran Martinez Design“. During his working hours, he keeps up to date on current design news and publishes his own creations with the intention of giving them visibility, getting potential clients and monetizing his designs. But when his day ends, he no longer feels like talking about work so he has a second profile “Paco opaque“, with which he consults news and sports articles, follows several users who post about alternative travel and gastronomic tourism destinations, which are his favorites. In addition, Paco is making a vegetable garden at home and has several indoor plants, but at some times of the year he does not have so much content to create nor other users are so active in these topics, so he created a profile called “Plants and seeds“ where he writes practical tips for the care of indoor plants, elaborates manuals on how to make the most of a small vegetable garden based on his experience. In this way, without your profiles being publicly related, Francisco has a feed of publications that will show you content based on each profile, allowing you to act in the most authentic way on each topic. The profiles are independent, so each one will monetize separately but the cumulative account will be that of all the profiles together. To keep them independent of each other, with one profile you will be able to visit and comment on the rest of your profiles, but as is logical, these visits, ratings and interactions between profiles will not be taken into account for recommendations or monetization. To add a new profile is very simple: go to your current profile and click on the ”new profile” symbol to the right of ”Edit profile” . Fill in the user name, public name and profile description fields and click Create.
In addition to the monetization that the Mamby system already generates for creators' publications on Mamby, we want to offer the possibility for you to directly support an author or a particular publication. Instead of being distributed among all the creators you visit, as is the case with the Basic subscription, this donation will go directly to the chosen recipient (after deducting the management fees of the payment provider and a small commission for Mamby for the use of the platform).
Of course you can. Whether you are a registered user, Basic or Creator you can make a donation to other creators (you cannot make donations between your own profiles).
We already have app for Android, which you can find in the Google Play Store or you can download in this link. For iOs we don't have an app yet, but you can save a shortcut to Mamby as follows:
